We accept engraving of names or initials. Products that can be engraved are listed on each product page.
If you require engraving, please select "Yes" from the "Engraving" options, choose the font type and enter the engraving details to place your order.

You can choose from the following three font types.
A. Cursive
B. Mincho font
C. Gothic

Considering the balance between kanji, hiragana, katakana, and alphanumeric products, we recommend limiting the characters that can be engraved to around 6 kanji, hiragana, and katakana characters, and 15 alphanumeric characters.

Returns, repairs and exchanges

If you find any defects or damage in the product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product and we will exchange it for a new product.
Please note that we will cover the return shipping costs for products that are defective or damaged upon receipt.
